Microwave candy recipes
(All recipes are mixed the same.)
Steps to the door sweet:
Melt ingredients, separately in microwave until liquid.
Mix and pour into serving dish.
Chill until firm, cut & serve.
Chocolate Fudge:
16 g container Fudge Frosting
1 bag of Chocolate Chips (any flavor you like)
Peanut Butter Fudge # 1:
1 jar of peanut butter(18 oz)
2 bags of Peanut Butter Chips
Peanut Butter Fudge # 2:
1 jar of peanut butter (18 ounces)
16 g of container white frosting
Marshmallow Nougat:
1 small jr Marshmallow Creme
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 tsp. Almond
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Notes:
I use a double boiler (prefer the double boiler)
Add chips in the first
Then you can spend the rest of the ingredients
Save nutsand flavorings for last.
Microwave crunchy:
1 cup sugar
1 / 2 cup corn syrup
* 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder sifted
Steps to Heaven fragile
In a bowl 1 1 / 2 liters microwave oven, mix together sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high (100% power) 4 or 5 minutes (600-700 watt oven).
5 minutes - Add the nuts and microwave cooking at high 3 continues.
Butter and vanilla and stir to mix well. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes, until nuts are lightly browned and syrup thick. You must make when dropped from spoon thread syrup.

Makes about 1 pound candy.
Notes:
If you use the first peanuts, walnuts, mixed with sugar / syrup mixture before you microwave. Add 1 / 8 teaspoon salt, if desired.
