While there ¾ to 1 cup, add 2 tablespoons of Dijon and 2 tablespoons of honey and combine reducedgood. Kill the heat and set aside.

There is a lot of preparation for ham, straight cut with a burner of your grill on medium heat. We want the ham on the opposite side of the grid by an indirect method of cooking space. Place the ham, flat side down, on the other side of the grid, very loosely sealed with a sheet and close the lid. Do not stray too far from the grid, but you do not have to babysit. Be careful out among the ham. Make sure you can stand in at least 20 minutes before cutting. Let stand flat as if it were cookedCut will be much easier. Drizzle a bit 'of orange honey-Dijon sauce and enjoy all the wonderful flavors. E 'smoky, sweet and salty. It 'a big hit with me. We have twice a year at least.
