What is a candy?
A candy is basically a candy, nuts, has a center of fondant cakes, fruit, o. These centers are usually covered with chocolate or icing sugar.
According to Wikipedia, "The word derives from the word sweet French" bon ", which is good. These days, the term refers to different types of candy all over the world."

Shelf life: whether to keep the candy in the refrigerator, which should last 10-12 days.
Here are 3 of my favorite recipes.
Chocolate candy
C. 1 finely chopped walnuts
1 / 2 c. soft butter
C. 1 Peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 C. Powdered sugar
12 oz pkg. Chocolate morsels
2 tbsp. Paraffin
Combine walnuts, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and powdered sugar together in a largeBowl. Mix by hand, form into balls. Dip in melted chocolate morsels and paraffin mixed. Use fork to coat and drop on wax paper. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Butter Ball Candy
2 C. Flour
1 / 4 c. Sugar
1 / 2 tsp. Salt
C. 1 Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1 / 2 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans)
Powdered sugar
Mix all the above ingredients (except powdered sugar) and roll in 1 / 2 "balls.Place balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Once finished, roll the balls in powdered sugar while still hot. When cool, roll in sugar again. In an airtight container.
Peppermint
1 pound vanilla sugar confectionery coating
1 / 2 c. Whipped cream
1 1 / 4 tsp. Peppermint extract
Crushed peppermint candy
In a heavy saucepan, melt confectionery coating over low heat. Remove from heat. Mix whipping cream andPeppermint extract. Beat at high speed with mixer until smooth. Chill in freezer for 25 minutes or until candy is stiff enough to be printed. Candy form of round balls. Roll balls in crushed peppermint candy. Order to allow a non-stick pan to cool. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
